A second branch should not mean a second process

The new office copies habits, including the bad ones

A second branch often starts with a copied spreadsheet and a new WhatsApp group. For a few weeks it feels independent. Then a customer calls the first office about a lead the second office owns, and nobody can see both.

The process should be the same in both places. Sources, statuses, and follow-ups do not change because the address did. What changes is which branch and which person owns the record.

People records travel with the branch

Employees, shifts, and leave belong to a branch, but the rules should not be reinvented. A shared setup for leave types and shift timings means the new office is not designing HR on its first Monday.

Login activity and headcount by branch are how you see the office without visiting it. Recordrr is built for that view: branches, employees, and the work they handle, on one system.

Customers do not care which desk answered

They care that the quote, the project, and the invoice agree. A lead captured at one branch should be visible to the person who will deliver the work, even if they sit in the other. The customer tells the story once.

Open the branch inside the existing workflow. Do not open a new workflow for the branch. That is the difference between a company with two offices and two companies that share a name.
